Rubio, Patten and other senior politicians speak at Hong Kong Watch 'Glory to Hong Kong Music Rally' with Joe Tay

On 19 December 2020, Hong Kong Watch hosted a ‘Glory to Hong Kong’ music rally in solidarity with Hong Kong.

Singers Albert Lui, Joey Ou, Joe Tay performed pro-democracy songs.

Prominent politicians from around the globe including the last Governor of Hong Kong Lord Chris Patten; US Senator Marco Rubio and Congressman Ted Yoho ; Canada’s Conservative Party Leader Erin O’Toole, Senator Leo Housakos, Senator Jim Munson and David Sweet MP spoke at the rally.

Political figures in exile, Ray Wong, “Laam Chau” Finn Lau, Ted Hui and Nathan Law shared their thoughts.

The trailer of the documentary “Black Bauhinia” directed by Dr. Malte Kaeding, a short video produced by Jevons Au was shown.
