Hong Kong Watch co-organises Hong Kong National Security Law discussion panel in Washington DC

Hong Kong Watch together with The George Washington University Law School's International Law Society organised a Hong Kong National Security Law Panel on 29 March 2022 to discuss how China has used the National Security Law to crack down on Hong Kong’s freedom and democracy.

Professor Donald Clarke served as the moderator of the discussion panel. Panelists included Joey Siu, Hong Kong Watch Policy Advisor, Dennis Kwok, former Hong Kong LegCo member, Senior Fellow at Harvard Kennedy School and Distinguished Scholar at Georgetown University, Professor Thomas Kellogg, Executive Director of Georgetown Center for Asian Law and Sophie Richardson, China Director of Human Rights Watch.

香港監察與美國喬治華盛頓大學人合辦《港區國安法》研討會

香港監察於 3月 29日聯同喬治華盛頓大學法律學院的國際法律學會合辦《港區國安法》研討會，討論中國如何利用國安法打壓香港的自由和民主。

研討會由中國法律專家 Professor Donald Clarke 主持，講者包括香港監察政策顧問邵嵐、前香港立法會議員郭榮鏗、喬治城法學院亞洲法中心執行主任 Professor Thomas Kellogg及人權觀察中國部主任 Sophie Richardson。
