Human rights groups urge Congress to mark up the Transnational Repression Policy Act
On 16 March, Hong Kong Watch joined 34 other human rights groups in writing to the US House Foreign Affairs Committee and Senate Foreign Relations Committee, urging them to hold markup sessions for the bipartisan and bicameral Transnational Repression Policy Act (H.R. 4829/S.2525).
