Frederick Ho Chun-ki is the younger brother of former lawmaker Albert Ho Chun-yan, former leader of the now-defunct Hong Kong Alliance in Support of Patriotic Democratic Movements of China. Ho was arrested on 11 March 2023 for conspiracy to pervert the course of justice relating to his brother’s case under the National Security Law.
