Wong Wai-keung was arrested on 10 August 2020, and charged with one count of fraud. It was alleged that Jimmy Lai and Wong Wai-keung, together with Chow Tat-kuen and others, occupied the premises of 8 Chun Ying Street, Tseung Kwan O Industrial Estate without a lease.
